And at the NEC Show… we met that person.
Meet “Big Kev” — and the coolest (if slightly over-keen) storage solution ever
Estarli co-founder Oliver Francis dropped by the Kaktus Custom Vans stand expecting a quick hello. What he found inside Big Kev, Adam’s brilliantly customised 6-metre van, was something special:
👉 A fully engineered, roll-out, charge-as-you-go storage tray for not one, but TWO Estarli e20.Xs.
Yes — a tray. That slides out. With both bikes mounted on it. And charges them right there in the van.
This is organisation at an enthusiast’s level… and we absolutely loved it.
Mags from the Kaktus team gave us the demo: two e20.Xs tucked neatly side-by-side, plugged in and powering up. Then came the pièce de résistance — the entire tray glided out of the back of the van like a VIP entrance… for bikes.
Practical? Absolutely.
Necessary? Debatable.
Cool? Oh yes.
But don’t worry — you don’t need to go “full Big Kev” to store an e20
While Adam’s setup definitely wins the NEC award for engineering ambition, most motorhome and caravan owners keep things refreshingly simple.
