Can I test ride an Estarli e-bike before I buy?

Yes. Most Estarli dealers on this map offer test rides. Stock varies by store, so call ahead to check which models (folding, full-size or longtail e-cargo) are available to ride.

What's the difference between a retailer, Silver Partner and Experience Store?

A retailer (standard pin) is an authorised Estarli dealer that stocks selected models. A Silver Partner (silver pin) carries the whole Estarli range. An Experience Store (gold pin) is a dedicated Estarli store with every bike and all accessories.

How do I book an Estarli test ride?

Use the 'Book a test ride' button on any store card to call the dealer directly, or contact Estarli and we'll put you in touch with your nearest stockist. You can also visit the Estarli Factory Shop in Berkhamsted or the Estarli Experience Store in Romsey.

Is there an Estarli dealer near me?

Type your postcode or town into the search box, or tap 'Near me', and the list sorts by distance with the closest Estarli e-bike dealers first. There are Estarli stockists across England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Can I get my Estarli serviced at a dealer?

Yes. Stores marked 'Service centre' handle servicing, repairs and warranty support for Estarli e-bikes.

Do I need to bring anything to a test ride?

A helmet is recommended and some stores ask for photo ID. Wear comfortable clothes and allow 20–30 minutes so you can try a folding and a full-size Estarli back to back.
